COMMON QUESTIONS

My friend can't hear the musicCheck the head count on the room chip to make sure you're both in the same room. Close by, phones connect directly; apart, they connect over the internet. The runner playing another app's sound has to tap Start Broadcast once in iOS, from Choose a source → Sound from another app.
My distance isn't going upIn the Settings app, check that Runmate's location access is set to While Using the App. GPS doesn't work indoors or underground.
My voice isn't getting throughTurn on the mic button at the bottom left of the room panel. Also check microphone access in the Settings app.
I want to delete my runsUse Delete run on a run's detail page, or Profile → Data & privacy → Delete all runs. Your runs are only on this phone.
